Bill Clinton has his doubts, minimizing Barack Obama's campaign to a "fairy tale he can't believe"
Is "Tricky Willie" talking about Obama, Black people, or his disbelief that someone is catching have the breaks he recieved.
The Clintons are gearing up for a serious fight with the Obamas. With Gov. Richardson bailing out of the race today and Former Senator Edwards "throwing rocks and hiding his hands" at the two remaining Democratic camps, the Clinton versus Obama battle is shaping up to be a legitamate Pay-Per-View fight. The Obama's have raised nearly $1 Million dollars a day this year meaning they and their supporters are in for the long haul. It looks like a real Hatfield and McKoy fued is brewing. If New Hampshire is a sign of things to come, the polarazation of the voters and the exploitation of race will be central as the campaigns go forward.
The clash of Clintonism and Obamamaia will make 2008 a year to remember. Get your tickets (involved) early before self-appointed Civil Rights activists and Ivory Tower Negro Academics start scalping them.

It will be interesting to see what Clinton's camp tries to uncover to undermine Obama's credibility between now and February 5th. They are searching for anything they can in his past. Clinton's rant in this video emphasizes that not much has been identified yet and what has is a non-issue. But I know the Clinton camp will continue to pick at straws in the hopes that something will weaken the Obama momentum in these states over the next few weeks.
Clinton is a chump
Clinton is mad because he is no longer the "Black" president.
The crowd is going wild..."Yes We Can! Yes We Can!" Letting America know we stand by Obama. Those of us who were unable to attend decided to do something a little different...Creating videos of babies kissing Obama. A generational twist of White people showing their support of a Black Man. CNN reported tonight. While other politicians kiss babies...Babies are kissing Obama. Now that's change.
The Great Debaters is at the movies now. Obama is an example of that history. The best photo of the day is Michelle hugging her man. No. It’s not politics as usual in this camp (Obama)
Didn’t Kerry run with Edwards? But he isn’t endorsing Edwards. Kerry is speaking up for Obama. Still waiting for the ‘big wigs’ from the hood.
Taz…you have the question of the decade. Where will our modern day civil rights leaders fall in this historic match up. Clinton or Obama? In the face of Kerry, Bradley and many others supporting Obama, will Al and Jessie put their support behind Hillary. If I know the Clintons, and I have watched them for years, they are telling Al and Jessie that now its time to pay fiddler. My guess is that we will see Al and Jessie come out for Hillary in South Carolina because they all rose through the ranks of the democratic party together(which says a lot) and that Barack is a direct threat to Al and Jessie's perceived leadership in the Black community. Maybe we can also talk about how Black leadership seems to be more about how whites appoint Black leaders, which puts Barack in that category as well. We’ll save that for another day. Lets watch and see what happens in South Carolina…
Anonynous (the post before mine) hit the nail on the head.
Obama is a threat to the institutionalization of civil rights and the gatekeepers watching the door.
Here is a link to an AP article from tonight. It says Jesse Jackson and his son support Obama but Jesse's wife supports Hillary.

With Jesse and his son signed on, Oprah's support, Jeremiah Wright's creditbility, and John Kerry's endorsement things look doable.
One thing I can say. I LOVE MICHELLE Obama. She seems to be everything anyone wants in a partner.
Obama's campaign stands to expose just as much about the state of the white progressive camp as it does about the traditional black civil rights leadership. Just as the Imus conversation moved away from the racism of white america and became about the use of the n-word and the state of hip-hop in the black community, the "who is the legitimate black leader" conversation will be used by whites to AVOID the very question that Taz Oh raised in his/her post - where is the space for black leadership in this country if it hasn't been given the wink and nod from the white "progressive" establishment? Why save the conversation for later? It's about time folks - especially "good white folks" start having it!
Right on lemon.
I think this is the perfect time to have the debate, convesation, and/or hopefully a discussion about the elephant in the room. The way I see it is the White liberal control clashing with the progress of blac pride. I'm not sure if tht is what you are saying but your post got me thinking.
Thanks. I needed that. It's got me thinking.
Clinton should be nervous...
white paternalism at its best. And folks labeled Clinton as the first black president? It looked like Clinton almost called Obama a "nigger" Check out Cedric Muhammad's show on this topic as well at blackcoffeechannel.com-interesting analysis
Like the Bush's here we go again the Clinton's. I mean come on what is this don't you have enough money? Haven't you carried out slavery long enough? And not to mention the pale faces continue to use smut and dirty tactics to approve their messages. Completely opposite of what they teach children in schools here in America. I just don't get it. But I do get this the Obamas's are floating like a butterfly and stinging like bees. This is the Thrilla in Manila. And I approve this message James D Butler III
