Barack Obama demands a question of America, When was the last time a Black leader or politician did something you were proud of?
• Can we trust Barack Obama will make us proud?
• Can we see Michelle Obama as the First Lady?
• Can we see those baby girls waking up in the White House?
• Can we turn emotion into votes then into power?
• Can we believe in the product of our community?
• Can we rebuke "Cosbyness" and accept "Obamamania?
• Can we be heard today across this nation?
Yes We Can!!!

me and 17,000 of my friends were at the rally in hartford yesterday and the video epitomizes the energy at the rally.

I hear you Dawn. I was explaining the Will I Am video to my daughter today and I started to tear up becasue she said she was so proud to be Black. The energy and anticipation about what this country could be is off the charts. At the end of the day I know I love America becasue this type of change is possible here. Yes We Can sums it all up for me.
The other candidates Rep or Dem just pale in comparrison to Obama in so many ways.
Yes they have more experience.
Yes they have valid platforms.
Yes they sound like politicians.
But Obama reminds me that democracy works when we work it and if he is going to be everything that MLK, Jr dreamed then YES WE CAN is more important to me than Yes they Can.
The irony of the Yes We Can speech is that it was the concession speech in New Hampshire. Talk about taking lemons and making lemonade. Damnn.

Yes we can all vote for Obama. So he can say yes we can turn this nation around. Yes we can have equality for all people. Yes we can have a Black President. Who says we can't?
